-YouTubeUi: not set PageToken in all recent subscriptions
-YouTubeUi: fix video published time format
-Show recent videos from all subscriptions
Previously, recent videos were shown only from subscriptions in search results quantity.
That worked much faster however misleads users.

Changes:
No more crashes in the Settings view
Fixed an issue with manual timers from the broadcast dates view.
If no more than one timer was allowed per episode, yet another timer created.
Deletion of entries from timer list improved.
If there were multiple entries for an episode, all entries for that episode were deleted, not just the selected one.
Now only the selected entry is actually deleted

● YouTubeUi: get default language and country from enigma
This allows you to automatically set the search language and region from the enigma settings and you do not need to specify it manually.
● YouTubeUi: add workoround if CountryCodes not exist
This fix GSOD on BH where CountryCodes not exist in Tools

Then you should have in the settings between normal channels, if you enter ... Favorites (blue button) you will find the channel list there ...
