Search for movies and series via TMDB with posters, descriptions, actors and ratings – in 14 languages!
All you need is a free TMDB API key (enter once via the yellow button).

# BASIC FUNCTIONS #
Search for movies (GREEN) and series (YELLOW)
Show details: title, year, duration, rating, genre, director/creator, actors, description
Download posters (covers) from TMDB
Support for multiple languages (description, titles)
Caching posters (faster access, less internet traffic)
Manually set TMDB API key

# INSTALLATION AND SETUP #

1. API Key (MANDATORY)
Register at themoviedb.org and get an API key
In the plugin, press BLUE → Settings → YELLOW (API Key)
Enter your API key via the virtual keyboard

2. The API key is stored in tmdbapikey.txt
You can write the key in the text file tmdbapikey.txt
and move it to the plugin folder
when you start the plugin will read it.

# USAGE #
Main menu:
GREEN → Search movies
YELLOW → Search series
BLUE → Settings
RED → Exit

Search example:
Press GREEN for movies
Enter movie name (e.g. "Inception")
The plugin displays:
Title, year, duration
Rating (e.g. 8.3/10 ★)
Genre, director
Short plot description
Main actors
Poster (if available)

# SETTINGS (BLUE) #
API Key (YELLOW) - set your key
Language (BLUE) - change language
Download Posters - enable/disable downloading posters
Clear Cache (MENU) - delete all saved posters
Save (GREEN) - save changes

# CACHE #
Posters are automatically saved in /tmp/CiefpTMDBSearch/
Saves internet traffic when searching again
You can disable it in settings if you want

# SUPPORTED LANGUAGES #
English, Serbian, Croatian, Bosnian, Slovak, German, Spanish,
French, Italian, Russian, Portuguese, Polish, Turkish, Arabic, Chinese.

Tested and works perfectly on:
OpenATV · OpenBH · OpenPLI · Pure2 · Egami · OpenVision
