Added the option "Export ALL to M3U File ..." to IPTV tables to save channles to M3U file (including PIcon URLs).

... 2- "Replace Extra Font" : Replaces the added font with another one (no restart requierd).
... 3- "Remove Extra Font" : Removes the the added font (requires GUI Restart).
... Note: The panel does not provide font files (it uses the fonts in /usr/share/fonts).

Improved "All to Playlist" in "IPTV Server Browser (from M3U/M3U8 Subscription File)".
.. This option creates a file with Playlist URLs from all the listed M3U.
.. Now runs with a progress bar with the ability to stop at any point.
