Code: 
- [ENH] to get rid of all stupid ECM requests, there is a new option introduced. ECM HEADERWLST: 0102030405,0102030406 and this way we can filter ECM requests with wrong header. This options must be set on all profiles
- [ENH] added new field to Profiles on WEBIF to show how many ECM LENGTH and ECM HEADER was blocked
- [ENH] added ecm length to see in Debug log window id decode failed
- [FIX] pages refresh was fix by focused inputs and mousever events, removed not to refresh the whole page when it's not needed
